MOC, “Pack Rats” Pup Tent 8 is the “Honor Degree” of VFW Post 7564 of West Fargo, ND. A Cootie is selected from the VFW Post membership by the Cootie Pup Tent. They are the most dedicated members who perform duties involving the aid to hospitalized veterans, providing blood, and working VFW membership, in addition to the various VFW projects within the Post and community.

Eugene Cross is the newly elected Commander of the Military Order of Cooties Pup Tent 8 of West Fargo. Gene married his wife, Carol, in 1967 and was honorably discharged from the Navel Reserve in 1968.
